I am Maxwel  Mriangulo, a qualified Water Engineer, Plumbing Instructor, and accredited plumber/site supervisor under the National Construction Authority (NCA). I hold a Diploma in Water Engineering (Sanitation Option) and I am currently pursuing a Diploma in Technical Trainer Education (CBET) at the Kenya School of TVET.

Alongside my training career, I am also the Founder of Mwanir Plumbings Co. Ltd, where I have overseen plumbing installations, sanitation works, and water supply projects for residential, commercial, and institutional clients. This dual experience enables me to connect classroom training with real industry practice.

    My expertise includes:

    • Water supply and sanitation systems – design, installation, and maintenance.

    • Plumbing works – pipe fitting, pump installation, septic tanks, and sewerage systems.

    • Technical training – delivering theory and practical lessons under the CBET framework.

    • ICT integration – using AutoCAD, EPANET, and WaterCAD in design and training.

I am passionate about empowering youth with employable skills, promoting discipline and innovation, and advancing sustainable water and sanitation solutions. My mission is to produce competent, industry-ready graduates who can contribute to both employment and entrepreneurship.
